The Spring Decorative Fair in Battersea Park will be taking place in a few weeks time. Unfortunately due to other work commitments we will be missing this fair, however we will be back in October in our normal spot. A forthcoming  buying trip will take us to France, so more stock will be added to the website soon. In the meantime, our recent purchases include a striking mid-century abstract painting by the British artist Charlotte Jennings. A simple but elegant bronze based coffee table with inset marble top. An interesting signed print by Jacques Villon, dated 1955. Villon’s real name was Gaston Duchamp and he was brother to the sculptor Raymond Duchamp-Villon and Marcel Duchamp. A semi-abstract image, cleverly executed.
